
Data Entry Assistant
Job Description
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Process incoming data from various sources and ensure it is correctly categorized and entered.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from the data when needed.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to data accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles. Minimum 4 years experience working in professional capacity, preferably performing administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Location: Remote
