Credit Repair Instructions & Pre-screening Form! 

Welcome! We have recently updated this process to ensure that there is a more seamless workflow.

  1. The pre-screening form linked below must be completed and submitted. You will automatically be given access to the My Tech Academy Credit Client Portal once you complete the pre-screening. 
     
  2. An email with your temporary log in credentials will be sent to you once you submit the pre-screening form. If you do not receive an email, check your spam. Once inside of the My Tech Academy Credit Client Portal, you will need to :
    • Review and electronically sign a service agreement.
    • Upload an image of the following required documents: driver's license, social security card, proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill, credit monitoring agency (Identity IQ, Smart Credit, Privacy Guard, MyScoreIQ, MyFreeScoreNow) credit monitoring details (username, password and, security key). Credit Monitoring is a necessary part of the process and has a cost associated. You can set-up Credit Monitoring with Identity IQ or MyScoreIQ using the links below if you do not yet have credit monitoring.

      • If you use another credit monitoring agency than the options listed, sign up for one of these options (Identity IQ or  MyScoreIQ) instead.  

  3. Once inside of the My Tech Academy Credit Customer Portal, you can review credit monitoring details, current status and next steps, communicate with us directly regarding the process and keep notes in your dashboard.

     

  4. You will receive periodic email notifications regarding the status of your account. Await instructions after you submit your required documents, the review process timeframe is 14-30 days. It may take a bit longer if you purchased the Basic, Advanced, Premium Pay in 4 packages and are on a payment plan. We will begin updating your My Tech Academy Credit Client Portal once 3 of the 4 payments are successful.
